The Mason Center for Robotics was founded to create the platform for students interested in robotics, engineering, and computer science who want to go beyond the classroom to learn, compete, and bridge the gap between high school and future careers. The center is a 501c3 nonprofit providing educational programs through competitive STEM "sports" such as FIRST robotics, racing, battlebots, and more. We welcome students, parents, educators, colleges, and companies to get involved to advance the next generation of our workforce which will create and solve problems we cannot today! Come join us by volunteering, donating your expertise, or providing your student with a fun and challenging experience.
Our competition teams provide many ways for students to learn in an environment where learning is embedded in fun and challenging competitions from FIRST, Battlebots, Drone Racing, National Robotics Challenge, and more.
The center's mission ultimately relates back to workforce development. These include job shadowing, college partnered programs, internships, and mentoring with local professionals and businesses. Learn about how your business can partner with us!
The center provides our students with opportunities to serve our community. We are looking for ways to collaborate with our community NPOs and businesses. Opportunities include Hackathons, Engineering challenges, and scholarships.
